Anti Aging Skin Care Guide

As we grow old, skin is first to show the signs. Here are few simple tips and guidelines to keep away ageing signs as much as possible.

1) Balanced Diet: A diet should contain a balance of nutrients, vitamins and minerals which assist in the preventing cellular damage. 2) Eat the right quantity of food: Fluctuating diets like binge or dieting can create imbalances thus causing damage to your skin. While losing weight do not go overboard. Always ensure to have right amount of macro nutrients and minerals.

3) Exercise: A healthy and active body is also beneficial for skin. Exercise increases blood circulation and increases the metabolism and in turn aids in the elimination of toxins from the skin cells.

4) Sleep: Sleep is important as this is the time when body rejuvenates and rebuilds itself. Skin is the largest organ of your body it also needs to repair itself.

5) Keep out of the sun: UV rays from sunlight may result in darkening and wrinkling. Apply sun screen liberally to prevent premature aging and skin cancer.

6) Use an anti aging skin creams & Lotions: There are now may excellent anti gaeing creams and lotions which contain powerful antioxidants as well ingredients which promote elastin and collagen production.
 
7) Cleansing & Exfoliation: These 2 activities keep skin clean and clear and promote cell production from the basal layer. This smoothens the skin and gives it a more translucent and glowing look.

8 ) Moisturizing your skin helps keep it hydrated. This makes skin look flush and hides fine lines.

9) Avoid skin products with parabens which can further damage skin. If possible use all natural products.
